Changelog
What’s new in Riqoch, month after month. The app updates itself.

Windows, GitHub, the cloud and Slack
New
- Riqoch on Windows. An installer for Windows 10 and 11, with automatic updates.
- A file from GitHub. Connect GitHub once, pick a repository and a branch: Riqoch fetches it, installs its dependencies and keeps it up to date.
- Your app runs in the cloud. For a GitHub file, choose Cloud: the preview runs online for the whole team, with nothing to install, and publishes from the web app.
- Slack in your reviews. Each comment thread can go to a channel or a person, and replies written in Slack come back into the review.
- A page for each file. Overview, comments, version history and settings in one place, with a signal when it’s time to republish.
- The whole team can open a file. A workspace member without the code sees the page, the comments and the versions. Whole workspace or invite only, your choice.
- Real roles. Viewer, Editor or Admin, in a single list for the file and its review.
- Search with ⌘K. Files, folders, received reviews, actions and settings, with a preview of each result.
- Reviews on your phone. Reviewing and commenting from a mobile works.
Security
- A full audit before the beta: password-protected reviews, sanitised notes, content security policy and tighter app permissions.
Fixes
- Any reviewer can resolve a comment, not just its author.
- Comments no longer flicker while scrolling a review, and stay pinned to their element when the page moves.
- A comment you’re writing is no longer lost if you switch page or tab.
- Publishing works behind a corporate network (proxy, certificates).
- An expired review goes back to its owner, and republishing brings it back online for real.

Riqoch in English, and better-guarded reviews
New
- Riqoch speaks English. Change the language in your settings: the app, the reviews and the emails follow.
- Shared with me. The reviews others shared with you have their own page, with filters, sorting and favourites.
- Password-protected reviews, with access valid for 24 hours, and an Only me or Workspace visibility set when you publish.
- Reminders before expiry. An email 7 days then 1 day before a review expires; comments are always kept.
- Named versions and a redesigned history.
- An announcement for each release. An email sums up what changed; turn it off in Settings › Preferences.
- Invitations in the browser. Accepting an invitation no longer requires installing the app.
Security
- Email addresses no longer appear on a review’s public page.
- Deleting or expiring a review really takes it off the web.
- An account’s data no longer stays on screen after switching accounts.
Fixes
- A failed publish shows the build details, ready to copy, with a clear message for Next.js and Nuxt without a static export.
- ⌘W closes a single tab, no longer all of them.
