Riqoch is in private beta: nothing is for sale, and we collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what, why, and what your rights are.

Data controller

The waitlist

When you join the beta, we record your email address, the profile you pick (optional), the site’s language and the date you signed up.

This data is only used to let you know when your spot is ready, and to decide the order of invitations. You get a single email, the invitation. Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the form.

Beta testers

Once invited, your account (name, email, encrypted password), what you create in Riqoch and usage statistics of the app are processed to run the service and improve it. Input fields and comments are masked in these statistics.

Who it’s shared with

Only with the providers we need, acting on our behalf:

  • Supabase: database and accounts.
  • Resend: sending emails.
  • Vercel: hosting the site.
  • PostHog (hosted in the European Union): usage statistics of the app.

Some are based in the United States; these transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Waitlist: until you’re invited, and 2 years at most if that doesn’t happen. You can leave it at any time.
  • Tester account: as long as it exists. Deleting it deletes your data.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, delete it, withdraw your consent or object to its processing by writing to contact@riqoch.com. We answer within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Only your language choice is kept in your browser’s local storage, to bring you back in the same language.
