Plans and prices

Plans, what they include and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in euros, per editor and per month: [to be specified: excluding or including taxes]. Applicable VAT is shown before payment.

Only members who publish are billed. Reviewers, clients included, are never billed.

Term and renewal

The subscription is monthly or yearly, as you choose. It renews automatically for the same term until cancelled.

For a yearly subscription, we remind you of its renewal by email before it is due.

Payment and invoices

Pro and Business plans are paid by card, when subscribing and then at each renewal, through our payment provider [to be completed]. We never store your card details. The Enterprise plan is paid by invoice, as set out in its contract.

Invoices are sent by email and remain available in your account.

If a payment fails, we let you know and try again. If it is not settled, the subscription may be suspended: your files and comments are kept, but publishing is turned off.

Changing plan or number of editors

You can change plan or number of editors at any time. The change applies immediately and is adjusted on the next invoice.

Price changes

We may change our prices. Any change is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies, at the next renewal. If you don’t accept it, you can cancel before that date.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period: you keep access until then. A period that has started is not refunded, except where the law or the section below provides otherwise.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@riqoch.com.

If you ask to use the service before that period ends, you can still withdraw, but you pay for the share used until you withdraw. The rest is refunded within 14 days, by the same payment method.

This right does not apply to businesses.

Mediation and disputes

In case of dispute, write to us first at contact@riqoch.com. If you are a consumer and we can’t find a solution, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [to be completed: mediator’s name and contact details]. These terms are governed by French law.
