Terms of use

The service

Riqoch lets you link an app’s code, run it, publish it as a review reachable by a link, and collect comments right on the app. The service is in beta: it changes regularly and some features may evolve.

Your account

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account, and have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are a minor.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for what is done from your account. If you create an account for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Workspaces and teams

A workspace brings a team’s members together. Its admins invite and remove members, and give each one a role: Viewer, Editor or Admin.

• Files created in a workspace belong to the workspace, not to the person who created them.
• A member who leaves the workspace, or is removed from it, loses access to its projects. The files they owned stay with the workspace.
• The workspace and its subscription are managed by its admins, who are responsible for how members use it.

Your content

Your code, your published apps and your comments remain yours. You only grant us the right to host, run and display them to the people you choose, for as long as needed to provide the service.

You warrant that you hold the rights to what you publish. Publishing illegal, misleading or malicious content is forbidden, including:

• a page that imitates another service to obtain credentials or payments;
• malware, or code that attacks visitors or our systems;
• content that infringes the rights of others.

We may take down a reported review that breaks these rules and suspend the account concerned.

Reviewers

Your reviewers open a review without an account. By commenting, they accept that their name and comments are visible to the other people who have access to the review. You remain responsible for who you send the link to.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are governed by our terms of sale, which complete these terms.

Reporting content

Anyone can report a review they believe is illegal or breaks these terms, with “Report this review” in the review’s menu, or by writing to contact@riqoch.com. The report states a reason: phishing, malware, copyright or trademark, fraud, child safety, sexual or non-consensual intimate content, violence or hate, illegal goods, private information, defamation, court order, other illegal content or a breach of these terms.

• Every report is recorded and reviewed diligently, the most serious first.
• If the content is illegal or breaks these terms, we may remove access to it or suspend the account concerned.
• The person who published the review is told about the decision and its reasons, and can contest it by replying to that message. The person who reported it is told the outcome when they left us a way to reach them.
• Orders from authorities are handled without delay. contact@riqoch.com is our point of contact for authorities and users.

Riqoch’s ownership

Riqoch, its code, design, name and logo remain our property. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use it for as long as you have an account. Copying, reselling or reverse-engineering the service, or using it to build a competing product, is forbidden.

Your suggestions

If you send us ideas or feedback about Riqoch, we may use them freely to improve the service, with no obligation to you.

Availability

We do our best to keep Riqoch available and reliable, but can’t guarantee it continuously, especially during the beta. Interruptions may happen for maintenance or updates.

Liability

Riqoch is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount paid over the last 12 months. Keep a copy of your code: Riqoch is not a backup tool.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice except in an emergency.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you can also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
